California Aurora Cocktail by Brittini Rae
Add ice to a Tom Collins or pint glass glass to chill.
Add sage leaves and honey syrup to your mixing tin and muddle gently to release the oils of the sage leaves.
Add remaining ingredients with the exception of the lager.
Shake with ice to dilute and chill.
Remove any water from your prepared glass.
Add the lager to the mixing tin then pour into the chilled glass.
Garnish with a sage leaf, wild flower and add a straw for sipping.
