Freddy May will also teach you to make a unique cocktail with Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch Whisky. After a taste, Billy heads into the James Beard House kitchen with legendary chef, Peter Chang, for some Szechuan style "Grandma's" Pork Belly.

Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch Whisky

1/4 part fresh lime juice

1/4 part honey syrup

3/4 part pineapple juice

3/4 part rice milk

Two dashes of Angostura Bitters

*Remember, great cocktails start with measuring responsibly.*

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
