James Beard Special - Chef Peter Chang & Freddy May

Join host Billy Harris as he spends Chinese New Year at the legendary James Beard House in NYC. First, he mixes up a Triple Happiness cocktail with Monkey Shoulder ambassador Freddie May, and then heads to the kitchen where Chef Peter Chang cooks up a traditional Szechuan meal of fried pork belly.

Ingredients

1 1/2 parts Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch Whisky 1/4 part fresh lime juice 1/4 part honey syrup 3/4 part pineapple juice 3/4 part rice milk Two dashes of Angostura Bitters *Remember, great cocktails start with measuring responsibly.* Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch Whisky, 43% Alc/Vol. ©2014 William Grant & Sons, Inc. Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
