Charlotte Voisey of William Grant & Sons crafts a split base spirit, Japanese/Korean inspired cocktail featuring Reyka Vodka and Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey. The delicate flavors of pear and green tea pair perfectly with Chef Akira Back's Fluke Sashimi.

Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 part Reyka Vodka

3/4 part Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey

2 parts Nashi (Asian) Pear juice

1/2 part fresh lemon juice

1/2 part green tea simple syrup

dash egg white

Instructions

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.

Double strain into a Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with ground green tea.

Serve with a straw.
