Measure vodka and infused-vermouth into a mixing glass.
Fill three-quarters with ice.
Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with Liquid Kitchen Cocktail Gold
To make the Lemon & Black Peppercorn-Infused Vermouth
Place funnel in the top of a small decorative bottle. Measure in the vermouth and the vodka.
Add in the peppercorns and citrus strips. Cap and shake lightly.
Let sit for at least 48 hours before using. Keep refrigerated when not in use.
