Solera Sherry Punch
Makes 1 cocktail
1 orange wedge
1 1/2 ounce Dry Sack Sherry
3/4 ounce Lemon Hart Demerera 151 rum
3/4 ounce fresh pineapple juice
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce orgeat
1 dash Fee’s Black Walnut Bitters
Squeeze and drop orange wedge into a cocktail mixing glass.
Measure the sherry, rum, pineapple, lemon, and orgeat.
Add the bitters.
Fill with ice, cap and shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass.
Dust with gold dust or garnish with orange or pineapple.
