Green Goddess Cocktail

I love Chartreuses’ herbal note paired with tart lime and sweet pineapple. Celery bitters adds a great extra flavor note to this green inspired cocktail.
Recipe
Ingredients
1 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz silver rum
3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 small organic egg white
dash of Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Instructions
Add the egg white to a mixing glass and cap with shaker tin.
Shake dry for 20 seconds.
Remove shaker tin and measure in the Green Chartreuse, silver rum, pineapple juice and lime.
Shake in the celery bitters. Fill with ice, cap and shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks or coupe glass. Garnish with a zesting of lime.
