Alaska Sour Cocktail

Using classic cocktail books to research cocktails is a great way to come up with new drinks for your menu at home or behind your bar. In this episode, Charlotte twists up Harry Craddock's Alaska Cocktail by making it in a sour style.

Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin

3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

1/4 oz egg white

Instructions

Shake with ice.

Double strain into a goblet.

Express oils of a lemon peel across the top of the cocktail and serve.
