The Proper Pour with Charlotte Voisey
4 or 5 apple slices
3/4 oz cinnamon infused simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz egg white
Muddle apple and cinnamon infused simple syrup.
Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Double strain over ice into an old fashioned glass or tumbler.
Garnish with a apple fan.
