Spirited Chocolate Covered Cherry Milkshake
1/2 oz Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 pint Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice Cream
3 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1/3 cup tart cherry pie filling
2 petite brownie bites or one medium brownie
Pulse ice cream in Vitamix Barboss Advance blender briefly.
Add bourbon, pie filling and crumbled brownie.
Pulse until just combined.
Serve in glass swirled with chocolate sauce topped with chocolate whip cream and a bourbon soaked cherry.
Make bourbon soaked cherries by draining the liquid from a jar of maraschino cherries.
Cover cherries with bourbon and let sit at least one week before use.
