How to Make a Toasted Thyme Last Word Cocktail

thyme sprigs

3/4 oz gin

3/4 Green Chartreuse (more for flame)

3/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur

3/4 oz lime juice

Instructions

  • add sprigs of thyme to mixing glass
  • flame Chartreuse into mixing glass
  • add ice to extinguish flame
  • add all other ingredients and shake
  • strain into a cocktail glass
  • garnish with cherry
