Summer has truly arrived when you can head out to the garden or the farmers market, grab fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs and muddle up a delicious cocktail. The Envy Cocktail is the epitome of market fresh and is a great drink to enjoy in different iterations on a hot Summer day.

How to Make the Envy Cocktail

2 large sprigs fresh cilantro

4 - 5 chunks of melon

1 1/2 oz Moon Mountain Vodka

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz agave nectar

1 dash green Tabasco

Instructions

  • muddle cilantro and melon
  • add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
  • strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice
  • garnish with a lime wedge and a cilantro sprig
