Purity Watermelon Habañero H2O Cocktail

Making your own infused waters for H2O cocktails is a unique way to create a light and refreshing cocktail that lives at the other end of the spectrum from those that are brown spirit heavy. These infused waters also allow for myriad flavor combinations from a variety of fruits and vegetables that can please any palate, whether you drink alcohol or not. 1 oz Purity Vodka

3 oz Watermelon Habañero Water

Watermelon Habañero Water

1 cup diced watermelon

2 strips lime zest

1 thin slice habañero chile

1/16 tsp. salt

2 cups filtered water



Add vodka and Watermelon Habañero Water to a glass filled with ice.

Watermelon Habañero Water

Combine ingredients in a glass pitcher.

Let sit refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer before use.

Looks simple but great. Do you have any recommendations on how to substitute the Purity vodka if it’s not available. Are there other brands that are doing well here?
