1 1/2 oz Martin Miller’s Gin

3/4 oz Aperol

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

2 sage leaves

pinch salt


  • shake with ice
  • double strain into a cocktail glass
  • garnish with a sage leaf
