1 oz Martin Miller’s Gin

3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

1/3 oz Dry Sack Sherry

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

dash absinthe

Ardbeg float


  • stir with ice
  • strain into a cocktail glass
  • add float of Ardbeg
  • garnish with a lime twist
