Geoduck and Gin Part 2

The cocktail that Chef Andrew Lanier creates to accompany the geoduck dish is called the Counterbalance. Made with Hendrick’s Gin, fresh lemon, lime and cucumber juices, agave nectar and Cucumber DRY Soda it is the ultimate refresher and beautifully compliments the earthy notes throughout the main dish. Episode Three, Episode One


Counterbalance Cocktail

  • Add to shaker

  • three mint leaves

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz cucumber juice

  • 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin

  • 1/4 oz agave nectar

    shake with ice

    strain into large water goblet over ice

    top with Cucumber DRY Soda

    garnish with cucumber slices and mint

    serve with straws
