Nicoise Salad

Nicoise was first cooked in Nice and became one of the most well-known and favorite salads all over the world. You really should try it!


400 g tuna
8 anchovy fillets
0.5 bell pepper
3 tomatoes
20 olives
100 g lettuce
12 quail eggs
1 orange
2 tbsp French mustard
50 ml olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar


* tomatoes into slices.
* bell pepper into strips
* anchovies lengthways into thin strips
* quail eggs in halves
* tuna into large bars
Tear lettuce into pieces. Add vegetables and sseason to taste.
Fry tuna over medium heat, depending on how rare you like your fish.
For dressing mix orange juice, mustard and balsamic vinegar. Then stir in the olive oil in a thin stream.
Dress the salad and serve.
