East Indies Sour
The East Indies Sour is my take on the concept of “what grows together, goes together.” I wanted the flavors of this cocktail to invoke the East Indies.
1.5oz coconut arrack (White Lion VSOA)
.5oz lime juice
.5oz Thai Basic drinking vinegar (Pok Pok)
.25oz swedish punsch
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a big lime peel.
