Zig Zag Café - Hot Buttered Rum Batter
makes around 100 drinks
1 quart quality vanilla ice cream at room temp
1 lb unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Nutmeg
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. brown sugar
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Freeze and use as needed.
